This refund policy exists to ensure that your experience — including purchases — remains fair and transparent. When Refunds May Be Issued Refunds may be considered under the following conditions: You made a purchase of in-game currency, items, or packs that were not successfully delivered to your account due to a technical error. A duplicate transaction occurred within a short time frame because of lag or interface error. You were charged despite a failed or incomplete purchase confirmation. Unauthorized purchases were made on your account as a result of compromised access (must be reported immediately). Each case is reviewed by our Support team with care and accountability. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Granted In order to maintain the integrity of the game and prevent exploitation, refunds will not be provided if: You changed your mind after the purchase was successfully completed. You used or consumed the purchased item, resource, or currency. You were dissatisfied with the outcome of random rewards, loot drops, or event results. You misunderstood the purchase, but the item worked as described. The request was submitted long after the transaction, with no supporting documentation. Command decisions are final — especially once the resources have been deployed. Include your Player ID, the transaction ID, and a clear explanation of the issue. Attach any screenshots or receipts that support your claim. If you made your purchase through a third-party platform (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play), their refund policies may apply, and you may be required to contact them directly. Refund Review & Processing Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Any in-game assets associated with the transaction will be removed from your account upon refund. Please note: repeated refund claims, especially after items are consumed, may result in restrictions on your account to protect the fairness of the galaxy for all players.
